vista of Ouro Preto
A view from above of the quaint city of Ouro Preto. A city with a long history, mainly linked to the mining industry. The city is also called the city of 100 water falls. On any trip around town you will see several of them. The city has many museums celebrating their long rich history.

Olinda_Pernambuco
Olinda in Pernambuco province founded in 1535. Originally colonized by Portuguese then taken over by the Dutch. One can see the Baroque and Dutch influence on the architectural styles. The city is now a center for the arts, and big pre carnival parties.
